We take our members welfare very seriously, and we recognize that not everybody is here to have a good time and play nice. If you are having problems with any other members who are abusing you in any way, whether they are sending you private messages that make you feel uncomfortable, or they are posting inappropriate comments on anywhere around the website, we want you to tell us about it, so that we can resolve the situation in a timely manner. Or, perhaps, you just need a little bit of help with any part of the website (other than animePLUS! or mangaPLUS!) there are plenty of people around who will be more than happy to help you, whether you ask other members in the comments on the frontpage, or you would like help from an admin.
